Kids on Campus

Currently in its second year at UI, Kids on Campus is a pilot program that brings 22 kindergarten students from West Park Elementary to the University of Idaho once a month.  The program’s goals include showing the UI campus to the kindergartners, promoting interaction between UI students and the Moscow community, supplementing local science programs, and providing an easy and fun way for UI students to volunteer.  The program has been a huge success this year and hopes to expand to other schools and grade levels in the future.

If you are interested in volunteering with Kids on Campus or hosting a project, or if you are an educator interested in participating in the program, please contact Emily Kuhl.
