Dean Vettrus Scholarship

Dean Vettrus served as Advisor to the Associated Students and General Manager of the Student Union for nearly thirty years. During his tenure, he helped to educate and season students as they took their first steps towards personal leadership and civic service. Many of those individuals went on to prominent state and national responsibilities; some remain on the international stage even today. It was fitting therefore that these scholarships, developed through the Associated Students, should be awarded to the next generation of leaders in Dean Vettrus' name.
